Notes for Kenneth Colin Campbell GUNN

General Note
According to Gail Gottlieb, in her book, "Our Grandmothers' Kitchens", Kenneth C. C. Gunn came to New Mexico with the Cavalry which had been charged with securing the right of way for the railroad.

Burial Note
His grave is in Plot 8, Section 18A, Old Cemetery

Statistics card from Daniels Corp office at Fairview Memorial Cemetery shows a date of interment of 1-May-1946. Ron Fernandez told me that is consistent with his rememberance as a child of hearing that Kenneth C. C. Gunn remains being removed from the plot in Laguna to Fairview because of a dispute over land between the Marmons, Fred and ???, and the Laguna tribe.
